We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Coverage product team, which is responsible for managing the full end-to-end product lifecycle of our growth-stage digital insurance marketplace. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to analyze user behavior, carrier performance, and engagement data to inform feature development and strategic product decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights. This role offers significant visibility across the Coverage team and leadership, playing a central part in shaping product and business strategies during a pivotal growth phase.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Product Optimization: Operate as an owner utilizing data and a deep understanding of user behavior to identify optimization opportunities, enhance product flow, and drive user engagement and product performance.
• Define and Track KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of features and tests, and guide strategic decisions.
• Lead Data-Driven Execution: Execute hands-on delivery of business value through KPI identification, experimentation, and optimization, while creating replicable case studies and data views.
• Communicate Insights: Present analyses, performance metrics, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including engineers, designers, analysts, and senior leadership.
• Collaborate on Experiments: Partner with Engineering and Creative teams to brainstorm, define, and execute experiments and new features, ensuring proper tracking and performance evaluation.
• Enhance Data Infrastructure: Work with Data Engineering to refine metrics, tables, and dashboards that support key performance metrics.
• Integrate AI & ML Capabilities: Leverage data to promote the incorporation and improvement of AI and machine learning applications within the Coverage product.
• Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify new product opportunities and improvements using data, user feedback, and industry research, securing cross-functional support for testing new ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to drive business decisions and product development through advanced analytics and experimentation.
• Data & Statistical Acumen: Proficient in applying analytical techniques (segmentation, clustering, regression, etc.) to uncover insights and trends. Skilled in distinguishing meaningful data patterns using statistical methods such as confidence intervals and A/B testing.
• Accountability and Autonomy: Demonstrates autonomy, anticipates challenges and pitfalls, and resolves issues proactively in ambiguous environments before they become blockers.
• Influential Leadership: Experience influencing cross-functional leadership, negotiating trade-offs, and making high-impact user experience decisions in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Strong Bias-to-Action & Learning: Strong initiative to advance projects, ask clarifying questions, and continuously learn new technologies and industry developments.
• Communication and Organization: Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Technical Proficiencies: High proficiency in SQL and experience with tools/languages like Databricks, Python, or R. Strong skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

Compensation

Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 - $140,000

*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
