Account Coordinator | Bankrate

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and can either be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Charlotte, NC Metro Area) Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Monday and Friday each week.
As an Account Coordinator for Mortgage and Home Equity Partners on Bankrate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining accounts in various platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficient communication between partners and account managers. You will be responsible for assisting with onboarding training, lead delivery, and addressing partner inquiries and change requests. Your ability to navigate multiple systems and collaborate effectively with various teams will be key in supporting our account managers in Bankrate's home lending business.
What You'll Do:
- Build new accounts for Mortgage and Home Equity Partners in Bankrate Advertising Platform (BAP) and Loantek
- Pricing setup and integration in Loantek or Mortech
- Lead delivery setup and management for partners
- Conduct onboarding training for Bankrate Advertising Portal and Loantek Portal
- Handle partner inquiries, change requests, account closures, and fund applications
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the build process and maintain strong communication with partners and account managers
- Process lead refund requests, account closure requests, and refunds
Impacts:
- Efficiently onboard new partners, ensuring smooth integration and setup
- Improve partner experience by addressing inquiries and change requests promptly
- Enhance pricing accuracy and lead delivery management for partners
- Strengthen communication and collaboration between partners, account managers, and internal teams
- Contribute to the growth and success of Bankrate's home lending business through effective account management and support
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems for managing partner accounts and requests
- Familiarity with Mortgage and Home Equity industry practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with partners, account managers, and internal teams
- Quick learner, self starter attitude and a willingness to quickly learn the mortgage industry
- Efficient task prioritization and issue resolution
- Ability to acquire and apply knowledge effectively
- Team player with a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Experiences:
- Previous experience in account management, client services, or related roles
- Exposure to pricing setup and lead delivery processes
- Experience in handling partner inquiries, change requests, and account closures
- Background in working with third-party portals and integrations
Compensation
Cash Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
