We’re looking for an Email Marketing Associate to help power our lifecycle marketing (email and SMS) efforts through both creative execution and data-informed decision-making. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of our next-generation travel offering through our highly engaged marketing channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of travel tech for a beloved brand.
You will also leverage metrics and basic SQL to identify trends, track performance, and contribute to ongoing experimentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to grow both their lifecycle marketing and analytical skillset in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations, including executing and optimizing content for email and SMS campaigns.

- Oversee list quality by managing data hygiene, opt-outs, and suppressions.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTOR, OR, CTR, Unsub Rate, and Rev/Subscriber.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives, develop automated journeys, test new features, and assist in troubleshooting critical campaign issues.
- Build consumer journeys to guide consumers through phases, specifically within retention and re-engagement, across 3+ core verticals (editorial, e-commerce, and product).
- Own channel performance analytics, extract actionable insights, and share findings with the newsletter team daily.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, collaborate with editorial teams to act on campaign performance and identify content gaps.
- Collaborate with editorial and partnerships teams, working closely with editorial teams to create email and SMS campaign content.
- Brainstorm and execute business-wide marketing campaigns for key brand moments.

- Strong level of accountability and ability to communicate across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
- Strong bias towards action; ability to move projects forward independently, asking questions as the need arises and leveraging resources available
- Proven record of fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams of varying experience levels
- Effective communication skills with business stakeholders, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive learner with a passion for exploring new tools and techniques
- Passion for travel and a profound understanding of the modern traveler's journey
