*This role requires a hybrid schedule and can either be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters or our NYC Office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

At The Points Guy (TPG), we help millions of readers travel smarter and better. We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated Analyst to join our team and support the growth of our partnership business. In this hybrid role, you'll work across departments to help power revenue-driving initiatives through data, insights, and streamlined operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about travel, digital strategy, and using data to solve real business problems. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, analytics, and editorial—while learning how partnerships come to life at one of the most trusted names in travel content.

What You'll Do:

  • Gain hands-on experience in partnership relationship management, operations, digital marketing, finance, and several other key areas of the RV cards
  • Assist with day-to-day and strategic operations, including formulating, designing, implementing and executing strategic initiatives for our partnerships.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders of our partners. You will be responsible for communicating performance trends, testing ideas, partnership launches, and larger initiatives that will step-change the business’s growth trajectory.
  • Manage priorities and execution across a team of analysts, creatives, and engineers.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of revenue, conversion, and performance to drive greater profitability as well as efficiency and effectiveness for the business and our stakeholders.
  • Take part in assessing and initiating potential new partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
  • Ability to measure, interpret, and make real-time decisions based on large volumes of performance data.
  • Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights, building product roadmaps, and communicating recommendations to all levels of leadership.
  • Proficient in SQL (Redshift preferred) and data visualization tools (DBX, Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • Strong understanding of statistical significance and robust test analysis.
  • Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.), SQL or SSAS/other database/analysis packages.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, is well-organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills
  • Strong business communication and external client facing readiness

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $80,000-100,000*
    • New York City Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000 - if role can be based in NYC
      *Note actual compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
