Account Manager | AllConnect
Red Ventures
This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.
This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates are asked to report to our Fort Mill, SC office, 4x per week, Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing partnerships, compliance oversight, fraud prevention, and system escalations for our Allconnect SaaS platform partners. This is a new, strategically important role designed to improve operational efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, and elevate partner satisfaction through streamlined process management and faster issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will not only manage partner-facing relations and compliance-related tasks but will also be responsible for analyzing and organizing internal processes and procedures within the Allconnect SaaS platform. This dual focus ensures both tactical execution and long-term operational improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention:
Monitor, investigate, and resolve partner compliance and fraud cases. Ensure all activities meet industry and partner-specific regulatory standards. - Escalation Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for ISP and partner system issue escalations (5–8 ISP escalations and ~10 system issues per week). Prioritize and coordinate cross-functional responses for timely resolution. - Process Analysis & Optimization:
Audit and organize current operational procedures and workflows within the Allconnect SaaS platform. Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency. - Partner Communication & Support:
Maintain transparent and timely communication with partners to foster trust and satisfaction. Ensure issues are clearly tracked, updated, and resolved to partner expectations. - System Monitoring & Reporting:
Provide regular reports and analysis on fraud trends, compliance issues, and system performance metrics. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. - Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the Account Management team to offload operational burden, allowing them to focus on growth and revenue-driving initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in an account coordination, partner operations, or client success role—preferably within a SaaS, telecom, or digital marketing environment.
- Proven ability to manage compliance, fraud, or technical issue escalations with attention to detail and urgency.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in process documentation, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, CRMs, ticketing systems, and reporting tools.
