Regrid - bringing the actionable unit of geography to everyone. Product Marketing Manager Remote · Full time

Full-time, 100% remote, open to U.S. candidates only

Description

About Us

Regrid is the definitive land parcel and location intelligence platform, unifying fragmented property records into a seamless, nationwide, and globally expanding dataset. Delivered through APIs, applications, files, cloud platforms, and compatible services, Regrid eliminates the struggle of sourcing, cleaning, and maintaining incomplete data. By bridging property and geography at the parcel level, Regrid provides the foundational context to uncover the where and why behind every location decision.

Regrid is building something unique and significant: a long term, independent service dedicated to understanding land parcels on Planet Earth.

Founded in Detroit, Michigan in 2009, we spent our early years helping Detroiters use parcel data to combat challenges of widespread vacancy, blight, and foreclosure. We passionately believe in our mission: "We are the parcel people, bringing the actionable unit of geography to everyone." Our mission shows up for us everywhere, from individuals to the largest enterprise organizations, and through our Data With Purpose program for nonprofits and educators.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help scale our next stage of growth. In this role, you’ll help shape how our products are positioned and communicated to customers, translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions, and drive product-led growth (PLG).

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience supporting product launches and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to bring new features and products to market and ensure they resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, customers, and competitive landscape
  • Map and optimize the customer journey for web, mobile, developer, and enterprise channels.
  • Translate product features and technical capabilities into clear customer benefits and messaging
  • Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for new products and features
  • Bolster sales enablement efforts with product materials, messaging, and launch information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, growth, and sales) to execute marketing initiatives
  • Help plan and execute product-related go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform messaging and positioning
  • Test and optimize messaging, campaigns, and product marketing initiatives
  • Track performance using relevant KPIs and customer insights to improve results
  • Create marketing content and assets across channels (e.g., landing pages, email campaigns, ads, product pages)
  • Assist with conferences, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
  • Experience in B2B (preferred) or relevant B2C companies
  • Strong familiarity with PLG — identify how to support the customer journey, moving users from free to paid across web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with go-to-market planning and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and evaluate campaign performance
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms)
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Background in design or copywriting is a plus
  • Experience in data-as-a-service (DaaS), SaaS, or data-driven products is preferred but not required.

How We Work

A couple things you should know about us:

First, we are pretty obsessed with parcels & parcel data (the lines that define property boundaries). You don’t have to be on day one to work here, but fair warning our focus is singular, and our mission is to bring this fundamental unit of geographic organization to everyone.

Second, we have a collection of rules to work by that we call our “Plats”. Here are a few that should resonate for you if this role is going to be a fit:

1. No “what” without “why”.

Tasks and directives without narrative context and connection to our larger story are not inspiring. Explaining the “why” helps everyone see the purpose of our actions so we can bring more energy and creativity to them.

2. People remember how you made them feel.

It’s just true. Within our team and with our customers, emotions linger longer than specific words or actions. The smallest interaction can leave a lasting impression of trust, care, or disrespect. Even when a conversation isn’t easy, focusing on positive emotional impact builds enduring relationships.

3. Execution is worshipped.

Ideas are the number one best thing going. But ideas come to us, we don’t really create an idea, we just catch them, like fish. Then, the whole thing is translating that idea to some medium. That’s the execution. Without it, the fish just swims away.
