Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.

The Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager over Data Enrichment products and Australian workflows. This role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of the RelativityOne product for the Australian market, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and our customers.

Job Description and Requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Drive short and long-term product roadmaps for two “Data Enrichment” sprint teams, collaborating closely with customers, engineering, enablement, sales, design, and development teams to discover and test product opportunities.

  • Own data enrichment products that transform customer data in ways that facilitate efficient investigation and e-discovery workflows.

  • Become the product expert who deeply understands the nuances of the e-discovery workflow in the Australian market. Work with internal teams to explain and advocate for their unique needs.

  • Lead Advanced Access programs with Australian customers to share early versions of solutions for feedback and iteration.

  • Ensure customers have successful experiences with product updates released from your team by monitoring analytics data and partnering with Relativity enablement teams.

Role Responsibilities:

Customer Centric:

  • Connect frequently with customers and colleagues in Australia (expected 1 trip per quarter the first year) to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and needs, validating our approach to addressing user top user challenges.

  • Learn from and evangelize to internal stakeholders about Australian e-discovery and investigation workflows and the end-user needs we see across segments and personas.

  • Provide product and workflow recommendations grounded in customer empathy and data.

Product Leader:

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of our product suite, speaking about our products from a business and technical approach in a way that internal stakeholders and clients can understand.

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for your products, incorporating feedback from our customers, prospects, and internal subject matter experts.

  • Identify, track, and report on key product metrics and expected outcomes that are relevant to your domain, partnering with Engineering and Design to develop quarterly OKRs (objectives and key results) that communicate team intentions for the upcoming quarter.

  • Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders, communicating the “whybehind product plans to help gain buy-in from internal teams.

  • Help the team translate validated designs and analysis into story cards with acceptance criteria.

  • Break down large projects into iterative releases, creating product implementation plans with measurable results for milestones.

Technically Minded:

  • Work closely with your Engineering and Design counterparts to ensure that the team delivers a product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, observability, security, and ethics standards.

  • Be familiar with technical aspects of cloud platform architecture in a way that allows you to communicate with development team members and make informed decisions about product development.

  • Possess the technical acumen needed to understand the technical challenges faced by the team, including root causes of incidents, to help propose effective solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong experience with design thinking and iterative software development processes.

  • Comfortable with data analysis, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software product management

  • For the first year, ability to travel to Australia for several days of collaboration with the Customer Team quarterly

  • Ability, when needed, to take a meeting during Australian business hours, with the expectation that you would have started working later that day or ended early to compensate.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$140,000 and $210,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
