Job Overview

Relativity is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and extend our internal applications across the CFO organization. The ideal candidate has expertise administering and configuring Workday Financials with a deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be important to success in this role, along with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and develop creative solutions.

The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Ideal candidates will be based in the Chicago area; however, remote candidates will be considered.

Job Description and Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of standard Workday administrator tasks including, but not limited to: building reports and dashboards, configure business process definitions, enable integrations, maintain setup data, assess and execute feature adoption, regression testing new releases

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs to develop scalable solutions

  • Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to support and transform business processes

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and manage financial system impact of new programs (from design to implementation and post-deployment support)

  • Maintain data integrity across all system integrations and workflows

  • Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and always considering UX

  • Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including: architectural and functional designs, business requirements documents, process flows, test scripts, training materials

  • Manage system-related controls in light of reporting, audit and control objectives

  • Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions

  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials

  • Experience configuring complex requirements and driving optimization projects, such as building and enhancing workflows, managing integrations, and creating robust reporting deliverables

  • Solid understanding of finance processes, with in-depth knowledge of the revenue recognition process

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$88,000 and $132,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
