Compensation: $28.00 / per hour
Commission: $37k / year (uncapped)
Job Summary:
Your Pipeline = Our Success! RoadRunner needs a driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to aggressively pursue and cultivate Enterprise-level prospects through impactful cold outreach, persuasive emails, and strategic social selling. You'll be instrumental in building a powerhouse pipeline, directly supporting our company's mission to become the undisputed leader in sustainable materials management for large-scale national enterprises.
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm EST
Primary Duties Including % of time:
- 60% - Communicates the value of our offering through cold calls, email, and social tools
- 15% - Qualifies and identifies leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel
- 10% - Maintains accurate data in Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
- 15% - Continuously learns new sales strategies to build influence and trust with decision makers

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 1 years sales OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years sales OR High School Diploma with 4+ years sales (Enterprise sales experience selling a service)
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 year B2B sales experience (ENT sales preferred selling a service)
- Demonstrated resilience and perseverance, has the ability to stay motivated and positive when dealing with rejection
- Coachable, capable of taking constructive criticism to make improvements to your sales process and approach
- Experience selling into large, complex companies with a national footprint
- Strong research skills to develop a pipeline of potential clients
- Great communication and listening skills during sales calls via phone, email, and social media
- Ability to establish and execute a pipeline target strategy for achieving sales targets through the appropriate stages of the sales cycle
- Organized, self-reliant, and committed to processes and procedures
- Ability to balance engagements across the sales life cycle to maintain desired pipeline levels
- Comfort with ambiguity, ability to act without having the whole picture using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability towards metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, is dynamic, and can capture a group’s interest and maintain it, as well as the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view
- Proven ability to organize/manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever-changing business needs
