As a Securitization Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in the newly formed and fast-moving Woodward Capital Management (WCM). This is a unique opportunity to join a new organization on the ground floor and immediately contribute to its success.

About the role

• Consolidate market data and present trends on issuance, pricing, market participants, etc.
• Develop and maintain excel models to inform our rate sheets for pricing
• Track monthly performance of prior WCM sponsored transactions
• Support the creation of investor presentation materials
• Ad-hoc support of new transactions

About you

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in an analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or extensive equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications:

• CFA, CAIA or similar
• Bloomberg Proficiency
