As Vice President, Client Experience Operations, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership of the Client Experience Operations teams. This position requires prior experience as a Divisional Vice President or prior leadership experience at a senior leadership level. You’ll be responsible for mentoring the Client Experience leadership team that reports to you. You’ll also collaborate with other leaders cross-functionally to establish business goals and drive transformational change within the business.

About the role

  • Communicate and embody the culture, vision and overall direction of the business area
  • Lead, guide and evaluate the work of the team while driving business results
  • Assist senior leadership with formulating/implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business area
  • Effectively communicate expectations to all leaders
  • Monitor key gauges for their business area (overtime, efficiency, turn times, survey results)
  • Identify innovative solutions to processes and business challenges
  • Analyze layers of risk, compensating factors and the overall quality of loans when making decisions
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, such as maintaining leadership training, staying up to date on industry trends, and enhancing subject matter expertise, and mentor others
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and round table discussions to gain insight from team members to foster a feedback-rich environment

  • 7 years of leadership experience
