As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support and guide the team's consistent delivery of iterative value to your clients. You will mentor your team, helping develop their overall capabilities.

About the role
  • Develop and test very complex software solutions with minimal direction
  • Release and validate software, developing new deployment patterns as necessary
  • Lead software support, incident resolution and blameless reviews
  • Develop code modules and patterns useful within the team
  • Conduct exploratory or experimental work to develop prototypes
  • Guide code and design reviews for the team
  • Provide software documentation and demonstration for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Mentor team members on any of the above

About you
  • Experience solving problems by developing software solutions that require innovation
  • Expertise with the programming languages, frameworks and platforms used by the team, such as C#, .NET Core, Python, and AWS
  • Experience in database design and SQL
  • Working experience on CICD process, App development and RAML
  • Experience developing software modules or patterns used within the team
  • Experience designing integration tests, leading software releases and providing ongoing support
  • Experience helping facilitate and create Agile software development practices and artifacts, such as user stories, backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Experience mentoring and developing others
  • Experience providing thought leadership to influence software development practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in a professional software engineering or similar role
  • Experience developing for a cloud environment or cloud provider certification
  • Experience designing or refining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Agile certification

The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
