- Participate in discovery and design sessions
- Document and present test strategy and implementation designs to peers, stakeholders and review board
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align on the development environment and launch dependencies
- Implement approved designs to meet integration requirements
- Write, execute and maintain automated unit tests
- Provide investigative support on new & existing integrations
- Work with project managers to provide timely status and feedback to stakeholders
- Align to Agile Methodology
- Partner closely with BT Business & Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, Program Staff, QA and other Digital Enterprise Technology teams to execute integrations and automations
- Keep up with targeted security, technical and business training
- 10+ years of force.com configurations, APEX / Javascript / SOQL, automation / manual / unit testing
- 6+ years of QA automation or development on Salesforce-on-Salesforce technologies such as MuleSoft Anypoint / DevHub, Data Cloud, Government Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau and/or Slack
- 3+ years hands-on experience working with XSL/T, XPath JUnit, Selenium, Postman, Cucumber.
- Must be strong in QA automation strategy, design & execution.
- Solid understanding on how to test application integration, data synchronization, data quality verification, permission security model, etc. via API or UI automation.
- Solid Programming skills using Object-Oriented Design Patterns, JSON, XML, Salesforce API and REST Web Services Framework
- Experience consuming open and/or private APIs, such as Google, Salesforce.com, Snowflake, Slack, etc.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting with MuleSoft ESB debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus
- Background in both agile scrum or kanban methodologies
- Experience in small to large size implementations, working with geographically distributed teams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A related technical degree required
- Salesforce Basic and Advanced Administrator Certifications
- MuleSoft Developer Certification, a plus
