Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Support Engineer in Bellevue, WA:

Job Duties: Lead and enhance the complete end-to-end customer experience. Coordinating and running the resolution of critical technical issues, showcasing expertise in Database concepts, Data management, SQL, and internet technologies. Demonstrating exceptional research and documentation skills in prioritizing customer issues effectively, while managing time proficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proactively raising issues to Product Engineering based on a clear comprehension of Sales Cloud products, contributing to product improvement and innovation. Consistently exceeding customer expectations, reflecting excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to high customer happiness. Developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned product areas, applying knowledge effectively to assist customers, while demonstrating a strong skill set in customer support. Providing peer mentorship through a Swarming framework, contributing to team cohesion and fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge-sharing and skill development. Creating knowledge base materials dedicated to operational efficiency. Utilizing experience in working with and solving problems in various internet browsers and the ability to effectively prioritize and advance customer issues as required. *Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) User Management; (2) Data Security; (3) Object Schema; (4) Data Loader; (5) SOQL & SOSL; (6) DevOps; (7) Salesforce Platform; (8) Technical Documentation; (9) DBMS; (10) JavaScript. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Salary: $162,531.00 - $164,000.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,531 to $164,000.
