The Industry Marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging, awareness, and go-to-market strategy for our industry cloud products. In this role, you will be at the tip of the spear marketing how changing consumer expectations, regulation, the rise of AI, and other trends are creating massive shifts in the market. Every industry is looking for agentic solutions - your compelling marketing work will help influence them to see Salesforce as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.

We are looking for someone that embraces new opportunities, challenges themselves to deliver consistent excellence, enjoys communicating the benefits and technical details of a product, and works well with senior cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the industry's best marketing team to help define cross-cloud industry messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy

  • Manage industry product release marketing launch plans, working closely with the industry experts and marketing colleagues to ensure effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline

  • Drive the creation of thought leadership content, webinars, and webcasts to evangelize our message

  • Create compelling internal and external, customer-facing presentations

  • Support differentiated event marketing experiences at Salesforce and industry third-party events

  • Partner with a world-class Product Management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages

  • Dream up engaging product demonstrations that are used in videos and are the basis for customer engagements in the sales process

  • Develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years experience in a marketing role with product marketing exposure (ideally)

  • Marketing experience in the technology sector and the ability to manage day-to-day execution of both strategic and tactical activities at a very fast pace!

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Collaboration with cross-functional team (Creative Services, Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales) to deliver world-class marketing programs to our customers

  • Marketing portfolio with examples showcasing your writing style

  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

  • Strong communication and writing skills, and an ability to translate complex ideas into creative content and work across business lines

  • Strong team player with excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work in a global, dynamic environment

  • Manage and lead through ambiguity - be comfortable with constant change

  • Familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle and CRM applications a plus

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
