About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Tableau Customer Zero team is on the front lines of bringing Tableau’s newest innovations – especially Tableau Next – to life within Salesforce. As a Product Manager on the Tableau Customer Zero team, you’ll play a key role in driving company-wide adoption of Agentic Analytics. You’ll help Salesforce teams across departments (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and more) unlock value from Tableau, surface critical feedback to shape the product roadmap, and enable our employees to become confident creators and users of next-gen analytics.

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of product, enterprise analytics, enablement, and storytelling, and to help shape what enterprise-ready AI-powered analytics looks like in a global organization.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

  • Partnering with teams across Salesforce to identify functional use cases for Tableau Next in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and more, and helping these teams move from idea to impact.

  • Capturing and delivering feedback from internal users to Tableau Product and Engineering teams to help drive the Tableau product roadmap.

  • Collaborating with IT to stand up secure, scalable Tableau Next deployments across Salesforce.

  • Enabling creators and end users on all parts of the Tableau platform by helping to develop onboarding support, learning programs, and best practices.

  • Partnering with Marketing and Communications to craft compelling internal and external stories about how Tableau drives value at Salesforce.

  • Demonstrating Tableau on Salesforce value for our customers through strategic engagements and annual events like Dreamforce and Tableau Conference.

Who you are…

  • A Tableau champion. You know your way around Tableau (and are eager to keep learning). You're confident using the platform, demoing it, and coaching others.

  • A creative problem solver. You can identify the signal through the noise, surface the most valuable use cases, and think big while staying ruthlessly prioritized.

  • A connector. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are comfortable communicating with executives, end users, and engineers alike.

  • A strong communicator and presenter. You can lead a meeting, facilitate a demo, and present your ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Curious and adaptive. You thrive in ambiguous environments, seek out feedback, and are excited to build the future of analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, product enablement, program management, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with Tableau

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large enterprise or IT projects

  • Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies within an organization
