Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic and operationally-minded Success Plan GTM Senior Manager to own and drive the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of Success Plan offerings. This hybrid role combines product strategy with sales enablement, focusing on building the playbooks and content that increase the attach rate of Success Plans to new deals and improve renewals. You will act as the key partner for our sales and renewals teams, empowering them to understand our product portfolio to effectively sell our Success Plans and articulate their value.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Strategy & Enablement

  • Own the Success Plan GTM strategy for new product introductions and ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Understand our pricing and packaging offers (ie. bundles) to enable our field to effectively communicate value to customers.

  • Lead the GTM strategy for new and existing Success Plans, including building comprehensive playbooks delivery strategies, and competitive positioning, to maximize market adoption and revenue.

  • Design and lead onboarding and new product learning programs for our global sales teams.

  • Develop and manage a library of validated use cases, demo scripts, and objection-handling frameworks for enhanced sales effectiveness.

  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to create battlecards and positioning guides that empower our field teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Drive cross-functional alignment with the greater distribution org and their product strategy.

  • Understand and enable the field on the product strategy of the broader sales organization.

  • Own the development of customer-facing content, including presentations and value calculators.

  • Track and analyze delivery performance to provide data-backed insights to the field.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, product marketing, or GTM strategy role.

  • Proven track record of developing and scaling sales enablement programs.

  • Deep understanding of the entire customer lifecycle.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and program management skills.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other GTM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Engineering, and/or Enablement.

  • Experience developing use cases or solutions architecture in industries such as cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or fintech.

  • Familiarity with buyer journey frameworks, value-selling, and solution design.

  • Technical degree (e.g., CS, EE, Data Science) or MBA preferred.
