We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.
We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader to bring our Low-Code Development Platform messaging and positioning to life through standout go-to-market activities, presentations, event programming and keynotes, websites, enablement content, and more. This leader will stay abreast of AI, app development, and DevOps market trends, incorporating fresh ideas and insights to deliver innovative marketing programs that grow bookings and increase customer adoption.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the marketing efforts of AI application development messaging. Both how you build with modern ALM practices, vibe coding, developer tools, and environments, and what you build: custom AI apps. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5 product marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies for products, including Sandboxes, DevOps Center, Agentforce Vibe, and application user licenses, emphasizing the value proposition and differentiation.
Marketing Programs and Content: Create and develop impactful and innovative marketing programs and events that generate and mature marketing pipeline. Create and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks, keynote presentations, and enablement trainings
Go-to-Market Strategies: Drive effective go-to-market strategies, including product launches, marketing activations, and field readiness initiatives to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and validate marketing messaging and positioning. Work across product and sales teams to develop integrated Customer Success stories & positioning
Performance Tracking: Know your numbers and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing performance over time.
AR/PR: Work closely with the industry experts and Analyst and Press Relations teams to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in the market.
Presentations: Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
Experience and Required Skills:
Proven leadership experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry and developer tools, app dev, or AI space
Experience leading and managing a team
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex product portfolios
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Ability to create content and lead others in content creation; keen marketing eye and experience guiding a creative process
Stellar communicator as demonstrated by writing, public speaking, storytelling skills
Passion for software-as-a-service, technology, and disruptive thinking
Proven track record of successfully driving projects with minimal guidance
Ability to work well cross-functionally and lead through influence
Proven creative thinker who can generate and execute innovative "breakout" marketing ideas
Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment and possessing the organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects
9+ years of experience in product marketing
