About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Organizational Strategy People Consultant to support our company’s restructuring and site closure programs. This position plays a critical role in coordinating large-scale organizational changes, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting organizational health initiatives across our global workforce.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in HR operations, organizational design and project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and partner effectively across teams. You will help drive operational excellence, enable consistency, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Support
* Manage the day-to-day execution of the company’s restructuring and site closure programs.
* Ensure milestones and deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
* Support program strategy alignment with business objectives, escalating issues and risks as needed.
Process Improvement & Tools
* Identify opportunities to improve and streamline restructuring and closure processes.
* Maintain and update templates, guides, and documentation to support consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Serve as a project manager and point of coordination across Real Estate and Workforce Services (REWS), Data & Analytics, Employee Relations, Legal and ESBP teams.
* Track and report on key metrics, ensuring compliance and transparency throughout the process.
* Coordinate with global partners to ensure consistent execution across business units.
Communication & Enablement
* Support the development of communication materials and toolkits for ESBPs and business leaders.
* Provide training and support to teams involved in restructuring and site closure activities.
* Ensure consistent messaging and clarity across all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with ESBPs to address organizational design needs.
* Support implementation of changes to spans of control and manager-to-employee ratios.
* Contribute to organizational health initiatives by providing analysis, insights and recommendations.
Organizational Health Support:
* Assist in implementing organizational health initiatives in partnership with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWOP).
* Contribute to efforts such as spans of control adjustments, manager-to-employee ratio optimization and organizational design improvements
Qualifications
* 6–8 years of progressive HR or related experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management or organizational design.
* Experience working in a large, global organization preferred.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with HR processes, restructuring, and organizational design best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
* Data-driven mindset and proficiency with reporting tools and Excel/Sheets.
