We are currently looking for curious and driven Territory Account Executive with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. You will be selling our entire portfolio of products across an Public Sector CHAT aligned patch of small and medium sized business based in Switzerland and Austria.


Your impact:

  • To exceed quarterly / annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling our solutions into the Public Sector - CHAT.

  • As part of our Sales team you will be selling to small and medium business Public Sector accounts.

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers.

  • Manage and orchestrate the entire complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of the Salesforce portfolio.

  • Evangelize the salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.


Basic Requirements

  • You will run the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales to position and sell Salesforce Platform.

  • By implementing detailed customer discovery and research, you will formalise a Go To Market strategy and build qualified target account lists.

  • You will drive Pipeline development through a combination of customer engagements, marketing campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.

  • You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline and close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives

  • Engage with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.

  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

  • Lead the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.

  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.

  • You will build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities

  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and development programs


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience of selling enterprise software of SaaS solutions, ideally business applications gained within a major software vendor or system integrator.

  • Effectively optimize internal and external networks

  • Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.

  • Proven track record of sales over achievement, selling to customers within the Public Sector - CHAT.

  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with the customer.

  • Fluency in English and German

  • Curious to join the Salesforce Ohana
