Internship Overview:
As a Military Recruiting Fellowship Program Analyst, you’ll support the daily operations and long-term initiatives of the Salesforce Military Recruiting team. This internship offers hands-on experience with program management, recruiting operations, and internal enablement—ideal for someone passionate about supporting the military-connected community while gaining experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Program Operations & Coordination
Assist in maintaining and organizing program documentation, including onboarding guides, timelines, and process trackers
Help develop and update internal resources such as templates, checklists, job aids and our Slack channel Agents.
Support team preparation for key milestones, events, and intern onboarding activities [survey tracking, survey reminders, support fieldglass profiles]
📣 Communications & Enablement Support
Assist with content for internal newsletters, spotlight stories, and recognition posts
Assist refining guidance materials for host managers, mentors, and interns
Gather and summarize feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements
📊 Data & Reporting Support
Compile non-sensitive program metrics and format reports for internal use
Assist with building presentation decks and visual dashboards
Track version updates and maintain clean documentation for reporting
About You:
Passionate about creating access to career opportunities for military-connected individuals
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Quip
Eager to learn and contribute to a high-impact, mission-driven team

The typical base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $82,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $82,000 - $82,000 annually.
