Support quarterly forecast cycles, annual planning, and long-range outlooks by providing frameworks and models that enable data-driven insights.
Help build the bridge between financial modeling and external guidance, partnering closely with Investor Relations.
Decision Support & Business Insight
Provide analytical support to the CFO, COFO, and senior leadership team to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisions.
Identify and communicate key financial trends, operational drivers, and risks/opportunities to executives and cross-functional partners.
Contribute to financial presentations, board materials, and earnings preparation with scenario analysis and modeling inputs.
Lead total company FX reporting and analysis including providing regular updates to the CFO on FX rate movements and the impact on total company revenue, expense, and margin.
Systems & Automation
Improve modeling infrastructure, processes, and tools to enhance accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
Build expertise on Salesforce’s financial system and partner with F&S business partners and IT on system tactics to execute on annual Plan and quarterly Outlooks.
Collaborate with the Finance Systems team to build new capabilities into planning platforms and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic FP&A, or investment banking with a strong modeling focus
Advanced modeling skills, with a deep understanding of software economics and experience forecasting revenue, margin, and cash flow in a complex business.
Experience leading and developing high performing teams
Track record of optimizing financial processes for efficiency and accuracy
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities — able to connect financial models to real-world business dynamics.
