About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
At Salesforce, we are entering a defining moment — the convergence of autonomous AI agents, industry-specific data models, and modern API-first architectures is reshaping how utilities deliver services to their customers. This role is at the forefront of that transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce Adoption for E&U Cloud (Primary Focus)
- Define and lead the Agentforce adoption strategy for E&U Cloud customers — from initial use case identification through deployment and value realisation
- Design and demonstrate Agentforce solutions tailored to utility business contexts: customer service automation, field workforce enablement, outage response, billing enquiries, and energy advisory
- Build and maintain a library of Agentforce reference implementations, demos, and playbooks specific to the E&U industry
- Lead executive and technical workshops with customers to identify where autonomous agents create the highest business value
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to feed real-world E&U adoption insights back into the Agentforce for E&U roadmap
- Develop enablement assets to help customers, partners, and internal teams build and deploy agents on E&U Cloud on Core
- Act as the go-to expert for Agentforce in E&U across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services
E&U Cloud on Core — Implementation Excellence
- Serve as the primary technical authority on E&U Cloud on Core implementations — guiding customers from solution design through go-live
- Bring best practices from Professional Services or Solutions Engineering to help customers accelerate adoption and maximise platform value
- Develop and champion implementation playbooks and delivery accelerators for core E&U scenarios (billing, field service, customer engagement, EPC/CPQ)
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer IT, architecture, and business teams — translating complex platform capabilities into actionable implementation roadmaps
- Engage directly with GTM, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to support pre-sales and post-sales customer journeys
Headless API & Modern Architecture
- Help customers understand what Headless API architectures mean for them in practice — how decoupled front-ends deliver omni-channel flexibility, faster time-to-market, and cleaner integrations
- Guide customers in designing and adopting headless patterns on E&U Cloud on Core
- Bridge the gap between technical API capabilities and tangible business outcomes for both technical and executive audiences
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure headless capabilities meet real-world utility implementation needs
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Serve as the product and implementation expert in customer-facing conversations at Director level
- Engage customers, partners, ISVs, SEs, and Professional Services teams to understand adoption challenges and drive successful outcomes
- Represent Salesforce at industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums as an E&U Cloud and Agentforce thought leader
Essential Skills
- 10+ years in enterprise software, with deep experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / E&U Cloud)
- Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience — ideally from Professional Services or Solutions Engineering with strong E&U vertical depth
- Proven track record designing, building, or deploying AI agent or automation solutions within enterprise or industry cloud contexts
- Strong understanding of E&U Cloud on Core data models, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors), and business process libraries
- Ability to articulate Agentforce and Headless API value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead executive-level customer conversations on complex technical topics with clarity and credibility
- Self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes
Preferred Skills
- Deep knowledge of the Energy & Utilities industry — utility operations, retail energy, and adjacent technology ecosystems
- Hands-on Agentforce configuration and deployment experience
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Industries CPQ Specialist, or equivalent)
- Prior experience at a global systems integrator (e.g., Accenture, IBM, PwC, Wipro) in the utility or energy vertical
- Experience with SAP Utilities, Oracle Utilities, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and modern integration and headless architecture patterns
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture design and technical solution definition
