Designtex, a leading textile design firm, is launching an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team! As our Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving Designtex's revenue growth by providing concierge level customer service as the face of our business, and act as liaison between our internal teams and our customers.
Note: This is a remote role. Preferred working time zones: PST, MST, or CT.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Deliver timely administrative and project support to assigned Designtex Sales Representatives, establishing and maintaining superior customer experience.
- Entry of price quotes, reserves, purchase orders, and memo samples.
- Respond to stock checks, technical data and related similar requests.
- Manage all open orders for assigned Sales Representative to assure timely delivery of product and assure that the customer is kept up to date on the status of all orders.
- Answer the Company’s 800 number and provide customer assistance in a timely and thorough manner.
- Act as liaison between the client and internal Designtex department such as Accounting, Technical Services, Inventory team etc. to resolve customer issues. This includes assisting in the resolution quality claims, pricing corrections and other returns / claim issues. As well as obtain specification data, warranty information, etc.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Designtex’ products to provide timely and accurate assistance to sales representatives and customers.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or customer support experience
- Order entry/processing experience
- Associate’s degree in sales, business, or related field
- Experience working with Salesforce, Epicor or similar CRM
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for results
- Industry and/or furniture dealer experience
