We are hiring a Case Analyst to lead cross-functional coordination and recovery planning that enhances our customer experience. This is a high-impact opportunity to join our manufacturing operations team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Case Analyst, you’ll be at the center of communication and execution strategies that reduce customer disruption and drive continuous improvement.

You are a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for solving complex problems and improving systems. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate clearly across functions, and bring a proactive mindset to every challenge.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a production, inventory control, or case management environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Influence cross-functional teams to align on case strategies and priorities without direct reporting authority

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or military equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, order management, and distribution

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze daily data to assess customer impact and operational risk
  • Lead communication across teams and develop recovery plans for disruptions
  • Coordinate material and capacity needs to support production recovery
  • Communicate updates and escalation plans to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in case management and recovery processes
