We are hiring a MTP Application Engineer (Associate) who will focus on supporting and learning core enterprise platforms, with an initial emphasis on either ServiceNow or endpoint management. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross functional teams to maintain systems, implement well-defined changes, troubleshoot issues, and gradually take on more complex responsibilities as skills develop.

Supporting Meaningful Work
ServiceNow Support (for ServiceNow focused associates)
  • Assist with configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management and IT Asset Management.
  • Support routine platform tasks including catalog items, forms, workflows, and basic scripting under guidance.
  • Help test and deploy approved changes and enhancements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting ServiceNow issues reported by users or support teams.
  • Participate in documentation of configurations, processes, and known issues.
Endpoint Management Support (for endpoint focused associates)
  • Support the management of company owned Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices using tools such as MECM and Intune.
  • Assist with software deployments, patching, and basic compliance tasks.
  • Help troubleshoot endpoint issues and work tickets under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure devices remain secure and up to date.
  • Document common procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Shared Responsibilities
  • Work with senior engineers to learn platform best practices and team standards.
  • Follow established processes for change management, testing, and documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and support staff when working on issues or requests.
  • Look for opportunities to automate or improve repetitive tasks with guidance.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and training sessions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Foundational experience or education in information technology, systems administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates, interns, or part‑time technical experience accepted)
  • Basic understanding of either ServiceNow administration or development or Windows/macOS endpoint support and management
  • Basic scripting or automation exposure (for example: PowerShell or JavaScript) is helpful but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Introduction to ServiceNow configuration concepts (forms, workflows, catalog items).
  • Exposure to endpoint management tools such as MECM or Intune.
  • Familiarity with version control, ticketing systems, or Agile ways of working.
  • Interest in automation and process improvement.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $88,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
