You thrive in environments where continuous improvement and bold innovation go hand-in-hand, and you can inspire teams across functions to embrace new ways of working.

What you get to do

  • Lead the Digital Innovation Group, setting vision and direction for transformative technology initiatives.
  • Drive company-wide digital transformation projects that harness AI/ML and enterprise data solutions, including:
  • Enterprise Data Solutions: build and scale data lakes and next-generation applications.
  • Operational Improvements: apply digital tools to strengthen processes, accuracy, and throughput.
  • Finance Transformation: enable fast-close processes, advanced analytics, and real-time insight.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring technology investments directly fuel business performance and growth.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing digital and product team that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with data and AI.

What you bring to the team

  • Proven leadership driving enterprise-level technology and product transformations.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML applications, data strategy, and enterprise systems architecture.
  • Hands-on knowledge of building scalable data platforms, data lakes, and business-facing applications.
  • Experience leading technology projects in operations, finance, or enterprise systems with measurable business impact.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into digital solutions, aligning stakeholders across diverse functions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • A track record of fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to be based in Seattle, Los Angeles, or Boston, with executive presence and accessibility across sites.
