Threekit’s Senior Product Manager will collaborate with the VP, Product Management to build and implement product strategies, consistent with Threekit’s vision, create product roadmaps to achieve the vision, and oversee the delivery of the roadmaps. This role is highly collaborative, working with the Product Management team, Engineering, and Threekit’s Partners to understand, design, and deliver key Customer needs and workflows.

This individual will also be responsible for establishing forward looking enhancements for the platform and find unique ways to expand product market reach. They will provide mentorship and support to more junior product managers and should be a perceptive and creative leader with reliable problem-solving skills.

This role is located in Chicago, Illinois and the successful candidate must be willing to come to the office 2 days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Define product features and prioritize them based on market demand and business goals.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to translate product requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product enhancements and iterate on existing features.
  • Conduct product discovery activities, including user research, to identify market trends, user pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Visual Commerce category, including ecommerce, CPQ, and computer graphics, to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Stay informed about competitors' products and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to shape product strategy and differentiate our offerings.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively seek feedback from existing and prospective customers to validate product direction and gather insights for future enhancements.

What Catches Our Eye

  • 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and driving the growth of new products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and their applications. Experience in ecommerce, CPQ, or computer graphics is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data and market insights. Experienced in product lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach, innovative, and unafraid to try new things.
  • Ability to conduct user research and apply user-centered design principles.
  • Possesses excellent listening skills, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on time, and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing Product Strategy with the ability to identify high value opportunities
  • Experience identifying, designing, and launching new products
  • Experience conducting market analysis to analyze existing strategies and identify new opportunities

Required Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Preferred Education

  • Post Graduate MBA or related curriculum.

  • This role will report directly to the VP, Product Management.
