Senior Solutions Engineer

The Senior Solution Engineer will be responsible for working with the sales team to support all of the technical aspects of selling the Threekit suite of software. The Threekit Senior Solution Engineer will deliver compelling software demonstrations, participate in client-facing meetings and calls, respond to RFPs, work with clients to develop proof of concept demonstrations and will design, enhance, and maintain standard demonstration environments.
This role involves occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team gatherings

What You'll Do
- Demonstrate Threekit platform capabilities to prospective clients on Enterprise Accounts
- Present to Executive stakeholders. Controlling the room, thinking quickly, and navigating large and complex audiences.
- Collaborate with sales team and customers to understand prospect requirements, technical challenges, and objectives
- Own the SE strategy for customer meetings, both virtual and in-person to get the technical win.
- Establish an independent relationship and partnership with their AEs
- You are an expert in building presentations and navigating demo environments to simply explain complex topics and solutions
- Configure complex custom demonstrations and proof of concepts with internal and partner resources.
- Enhance standard software demonstrations for use by the TheeKit team
- Apply consultative and value selling skills to discover customer or prospect needs and then formulates a solution from the Threekit product portfolio
- Support client workshops and meetings, and internally support Sales and Marketing efforts
- Respond to RFI and RFP
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

- Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges; discovery is an ongoing and important function of the sales cycle
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with the technology categories that support our customer’s product sales process including; , eCommerce, CRM, CMS, OMS, ERP, PIM, DAM, and integration technology.
- Excellent presentation skills, especially presenting to C-level executives
- Ability to work independently with a desire to support and mentor junior team members
- Experience working closely with Senior Account Executives to uncover customer goals and challenges
- 4-6 years of experience working as a Solutions/Sales Engineer at a SaaS-based company
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Building Web Based Front Ends is a Plus. Ideally; React and Node.js, HTML, Javascript, and CSS
- Strong desire to incorporate cutting-edge technology into existing enterprise application workflows
- Experience using 2D and 3D design tools (Autodesk, Solidworks, Maya, 3DS Max, Blender)
Required Education
Studies in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

- The base salary range* for this position is between $130,000 USD and $160,000 USD per year, with the final offer based on experience and skill level. Threekit salary ranges are determined based on market data for our industry and company size
