This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join Threekit as an SFDC Senior Account Executive. This person will be responsible for building and closing in the very lucrative North America Salesforce territory. The position is ideal for someone who is an entrepreneurial seller. Who enjoys building and working in a high-energy, consultative selling, and closing deals environment. Gets energy from a team selling environment and enjoys leveraging relationships in the ecosystem and finding and building new ones. Engage with Salesforce teams, System Integrators, and other technology partners.

What You'll Do
- Leveraging Salesforce expertise and relationships to accelerate growth
- Creating and executing a sales plan
- Demonstrating Threekit’s product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstrations to meet prospects’ requirements
- Comfortably presenting in client-facing environments, including to executives.
- Managing a fast, intricate sales cycle in a team selling environment
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity and high expectations
- Independently identify opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and drive results without a prescriptive playbook.
- Entrepreneurial seller tasked with building out Threekit’s Salesforce ecosystem
- Reporting on sales activity and forecast in Salesforce.com
- Travel for the role is expected; approximately 25%/50% or as business demands
What Catches Our Eye
- Proven success and expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and relationships
- 5-8+ years minimum of quota-carrying sales experience in software or technology sales
- Hands-on sales style, including initial demonstrations of the product
- Experience selling into the Salesforce.com ecosystem
- Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively
- Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and build trust with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- Ability to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast-paced environment
- Own and expand a Salesforce book of business
- Excellent follow-up skills and professionalism
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com
- Self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude, and a passion for emerging technology
Preferred Skills
- Proven ability to effectively demo Salesforce products and solutions, tailoring presentations to address specific customer pain points and business goals across industries and use cases.
- Consultative sales approach focusing on the buyer's needs to tailor solutions towards
- eCommerce experience, B2B, and CPQ a plus
- System integrator or Agency sales, in addition to SaaS sales, is a plus

**The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Chicago office and be present in the office two days a week. We are accepting candidates residing in Milwaukee who are willing to commute**
*The base salary range for this position is between $130,000 USD and $170,000 USD per year (OTE= 50/50 split) with a significant OTE commission opportunity. The final offer is based on experience and skill level. Threekit's salary ranges are determined based on market data for our industry and company size.
