Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
2+ Years experience as a full-life cycle Recruiter in a consulting, staffing or sales environment or prior experience as a Workday Consultant (Required)
Previous experience recruiting for technical or consulting roles (Required)
Previous experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (Strongly Preferred)
Previous experience with Workday recruiting (Strongly Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Create a successful sourcing strategy to recruit candidates for positions across all lines of business
Develop and maintain a network of candidate prospects
Collaborate with Partners and Managers to create job descriptions for open positions
Manage assigned jobs and run with all applicants
Maintain hiring timeline to ensure hiring requirements are met
Assist HR with the onboarding of all new hires
Collaborate with team of 6 on process improvements with the recruitment process
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
In office 1-2 days a week

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $65,000 - $80,000.
