Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in similar role (Required)
Previous experience sourcing candidates (Required)
Previous experience with Workday recruiting (Preferred)
Previous experience with LinkedIn recruiting (Preferred)
Prior experience working with hiring managers and department heads
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Manage current sourcing strategy while also becoming a subject matter expert with LinkedIn Recruiter
Develop and maintain a network of candidate prospects across all departments
Collaborate with Recruiters to assist in the creation of job descriptions for open positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Assist HR and Recruiting Team with the onboarding of all new hires through TopBloc’s onboarding process
Update and maintain LinkedIn messages and research best practices
Assist in candidate phone screens
Weekly in office attendance required

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $45,000 - $58,000.
