What You’ll Do
- Lead requirements gathering efforts for mission-critical technical programs supporting government customers.
- Translate complex operational needs into structured user stories, functional requirements, and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a primary liaison between customers and Torch.AI engineering teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Facilitate working sessions with mission stakeholders to validate workflows, refine requirements, and clarify operational constraints.
- Develop and maintain workflow documentation, process maps, system context diagrams, and mission use case artifacts.
- Own backlog refinement activities, ensuring requirements are prioritized, actionable, and technically feasible.
- Support sprint planning and release readiness by identifying dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
- Validate delivered capabilities against customer expectations and defined success metrics.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, or evolving requirements and proactively drive clarification.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements processes and documentation standards.
