What You’ll Do

Proposal Development & Writing
- Lead development of written responses for:
- Technical volumes
- Management and execution approaches
- Transition, staffing, and past performance sections (as required)
- Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, concise, and compelling proposal narratives
- Ensure all content is compliant with solicitation instructions, evaluation criteria, and formatting requirements
- Work closely with Capture Managers, Solutions Architects, and SMEs to:
- Develop win themes and discriminators
- Storyboard proposal volumes
- Align solution narrative across all sections
- Conduct SME interviews to extract technical detail and shape evaluator-focused responses
- Support clarification questions, EN responses, and proposal revisions
- Support Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately
- Ensure consistency of tone, terminology, and messaging across volumes
- Identify and resolve gaps, ambiguities, and evaluator risks in proposal drafts
- Contribute to proposal libraries, reusable content, and standard response language
- Capture lessons learned from proposal outcomes to improve future submissions
- Help refine Torch.AI’s capture processes, templates, and writing standards
