Not familiar with trade promotion spend? That’s OK. Most people aren’t. It’s an $8 trillion dollar problem that is ripe for disruption by an innovative SaaS startup. In order to grow, consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands spend 20% of their topline revenue to get into retailers and promote their products within those retailers. The problem is that today 70% of those promotions are not ROI positive. This is because ROI is hard to track. The industry operates on emails, pdfs, and xls spreadsheets. At Vividly, we’re solving this massive problem with exciting tactics including AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech and adding value to everyone in the chain. Some of our customers include brands you may use and love - Liquid Death, Amy’s, and Laird Superfoods.

The key responsibilities & impact this role will have:
- Research and strategically target key accounts within our ICP
- Craft creative, personalized outbound campaigns using Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email
- Cold call with confidence, opening doors and creating intrigue
- Clearly communicate Vividly’s value and impact across multiple stakeholders, both in writing and over the phone
- Maintain clean, organized notes and data in our CRM, and share learnings with the team to help refine messaging and strategy
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity goals
- Contribute to a winning culture by bringing energy, ideas, and a team-first attitude
- Build meaningful awareness and respect for Vividly among emerging and established CPG brands
What we look for:
- Passion for the CPG space and genuine interest in supporting the brands we serve
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound sales or prospecting role (SaaS preferred, but not required)
- Experience using tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset and desire to improve every day
- Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to test, iterate, and break the mold
- Competitive drive. You want to win, and you want your team to win with you
- CPG experience is a plus, but not required

The annual base compensation for this position is $65,000 with an annual commission target of $20,000.
