What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) when most internal meetings are held.

Role Responsibilities:

Vouch is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale go-to-market strategies across our growing partner ecosystem. You’ll build and execute plans that drive pipeline, elevate our brand in startup and fintech ecosystems, and manage our structured partner success program designed to guide partners to the strategic partner level.

This is a critical cross-functional role that shapes how partners learn about, talk about, and actively promote Vouch across their channels. You’ll not only deepen relationships with high-performing partners, but also engage and activate new and long-tail partners, including triaging inbound interest and determining the right marketing path for each relationship.

You’ll work across Partnerships, Sales, and Product, and partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Design to launch campaigns, craft messaging, develop enablement tools, and turn partner marketing into a measurable growth engine. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, and success is measured by top-of-funnel referral volume, CAC efficiency, and partner channel growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and engage new and long-tail partners, triaging inbound partnership requests, and activating partners via marketing assets and campaigns
  • Understand the business model and goals of each partner, and identify how Vouch can support their customers while driving mutual value
  • Own and execute co-marketing campaigns from strategy and asset development to execution, measurement, and optimization
  • Adapt content to partner audiences and channels (e.g. webinars, landing pages, case studies, social copy, etc.) and enablement kits that drive referral revenue
  • Collaborate with Product to implement and promote integrations, such as embedded widgets
  • Create the strategy for and oversee execution of co-hosted partner events (e.g. workshops, panels, or demo day sessions), working with contractors to execute field marketing opportunities
  • Run quarterly performance reviews and retrospectives with top partners to analyze campaign performance, referral growth, and upcoming initiatives
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, including referral influence on pipeline, tier progression, and marketing-sourced revenue
  • Ensure consistent brand alignment between Vouch and our partners, maintaining messaging quality across all touchpoints

About You

  • 5–7 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic B2B marketing
  • Proven success in designing and executing joint marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and deepen partner relationships
  • Experience with partner lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, enablement, and program design
  • Strong project management skills and comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end across teams
  • You have an owner’s mindset— you are proactive, accountable, and motivated by measurable outcomes
  • You’re ambitious, resourceful, and have creative ideas to help Vouch raise awareness across the startup ecosystem
  • Deeply collaborative: You work fluidly with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Content to get things launched and keep them improving
  • Comfortable managing external stakeholders and building trust with high-profile partners
  • Direct experience with and / or working knowledge of various tech ecosystems such as startup infrastructure (e.g. Stripe Atlas, Carta), banking and fintech (e.g. SVB, JPM, Brex, Ramp), security and compliance (e.g. Vanta), accelerators and founder communities (e.g. Y Combinator, Techstars), or legal and compliance platforms (e.g. Clerky, Doola)

Compensation philosophy:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are part of our total compensation package, which also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
