Vantage Point Logistics is looking for a Supplier Relations Coordinator to join our growing team! Our Supplier Relations Coordinator is a perfect place to start or re-invigorate your career as you’ll have the opportunity to work in a positive environment where you’ll make an impact to add value to our customer’s supply chain, help your teammates achieve their individual goals, and help our company continue to grow. We are looking for teammates with strong organizational skills, are excited about executing repeatable processes and thinking of ways to improve them, aren’t afraid to be held accountable, and look forward to communicating with outside parties on the phone and by email.

What You'll Do...

• Establish, develop, and grow relationships with VPL suppliers via outbound phone calls and emails
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Contact suppliers to encourage them to become fully compliant with our program
• Work to resolve product or service matters by determining root causes and providing recommended solutions
• Meet assigned targets for profitable revenue volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Engage in all areas of our business to develop a complete understanding of business operations so that you can implement customer-facing strategies with a positive attitude

What You'll Bring...

• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of technical ability and expertise
• Previous phone sales or call center experience is a plus
• Ability to work in teams and individually
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office applications as well as comfort with web applications)
