Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts and fuel our growth engine. This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer who loves building and executing campaigns that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate deals through the pipeline.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll own our campaign calendar, orchestrate integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, events, webinars, content, etc.), and collaborate closely with Sales to align on goals and optimize for pipeline impact. You’ll also develop compelling content and messaging that speaks directly to our target buyers and highlights our unique value in the market.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Own and manage our campaign calendar—planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate pipeline.
  • Design and launch persona-based, product-driven, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, field events, and more.
  • Create compelling, conversion-oriented content and messaging tailored to each stage of the funnel and aligned with buyer pain points and needs.
  • Leverage campaign analytics and insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Content Marketing & Funnel Acceleration

  • Build content-driven programs and nurture strategies that move leads through the funnel and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Own lead nurturing workflows, retargeting campaigns, and educational content initiatives that engage prospects and build trust.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop high-impact assets such as case studies, guides, email sequences, and ad copy that support key campaigns.

Data, Optimization & Reporting

  • Track performance of all campaigns and use insights to optimize conversion rates and improve ROI.
  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable reporting to Marketing and Sales leadership on campaign impact, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales to align on goals, share feedback, and fine-tune campaigns based on real-time insights.
  • Work with Account Management, Product Marketing, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are cohesive, timely, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and campaign goals across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing; 3+ years in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and influence pipeline.
  • Strong background in content marketing and experience creating campaigns that map to buyer personas and journey stages.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and experience working closely with Sales to align campaigns with target accounts and sales goals.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), Salesforce CRM, and campaign analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
