Who We're Looking For...

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company’s goals around brand awareness and growth by supporting our tradeshow and events strategy, and ensuring the efforts and ROI are effectively tracked, measured, and reported. This highly collaborative role will work cross-functionally to ensure every event aligns with business
goals
attracting new prospects, deepening customer relationships, and creating memorable brand moments. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and are always looking for ways to innovate and elevate the attendee experience.

What You'll Do...

  • Execution of the company's event strategy across trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate all event logistics end-to-end including managing tradeshow deadlines, vendor communication, budget tracking, and internal stakeholder management
  • Implement campaigns in partnership with other members of the Marketing team to maximize event engagement
  • Measure and analyze event success using metrics like pipeline generated, attendance, and ROI
  • Ensure accurate attribution tracking and reporting on event outcomes

What You'll Bring...

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, inclusive of 2+ years in event marketing
  • Experience working in the healthcare space is a bonus
  • Experience managing the end-to-end process for tradeshows and events
  • Experience with event budget forecasting and management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines at the same time
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into details when needed.
  • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable collaborating and contributing in cross-team projects.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
