Waltonen is actively seeking an HR Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Support our mission of providing best of class service while making the customer and candidate experience our top priority. We will accomplish this through an innovative, detailed, and inclusive strategy.
• Responsible for the entire Candidate Experience
• Utilize innovative search methods to find top candidates in today's competitive marketplace
• Develop a pipeline of candidates by networking and maintaining effective relationships
• Place outbound calls to candidates on a daily basis
• Convey job opportunities to potential candidates and tell our story
• Determine skill-set and match potential candidates to current openings via phone conversations
• Onboarding of New Employees
• New Hire Orientation
• Proactively seek new innovative avenues to attract candidates
• Maintain job postings on internet sites
• Develop Job Descriptions
• Maintain ATS database
• Maintain an in depth knowledge of Company benefits to communicate to prospective candidates
• Negotiate and deliver Offers of Employment
• Maintain New Hire paperwork
• Provide input on industry trends (compensation, benefits, hiring, etc.) and recommend appropriate actions if needed
• Understand multiple markets and geographies for pursuing candidates
• Attend and organize recruiting events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous Recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Beneficial Attributes:
• Experience utilizing a common applicant tracking system
• Engineering recruiting experience
