Waltonen is actively seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Support our mission of providing best of class service while making the customer and candidate experience our top priority. We will accomplish this through innovative, detailed, and inclusive strategy.
• Utilize innovative search methods to find top candidates in today's competitive marketplace
• Develop a pipeline of candidates by networking and maintaining effective relationships
• Place outbound calls to candidates on a daily basis
• Convey job opportunities to potential candidates and tell our story
• Determine skill-set and match potential candidates to current openings via phone conversations
• Proactively seek new innovative avenues to attract candidates
• Maintain job postings on internet sites
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends
• Understand multiple markets and geographies for pursuing candidates
• Attend and organize recruiting events
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company pay and benefit structure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Beneficial Attributes:
• Experience utilizing a common applicant tracking system
