Growth Marketing Manager:

We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation efforts and campaign execution.

As the third member of a small but mighty marketing team, you’ll be the architect behind designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and qualified pipeline for our sales team. You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing and Sr. Content Manager to align on positioning and messaging, while focusing your efforts on execution, performance optimization, and revenue impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced startup environment and is eager to test, learn, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation and performance marketing
  • Own strategy, execution, and budget management for all paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Build and manage lead-nurturing workflows and marketing automation in collaboration with the Director and Content Manager.
  • Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns where applicable.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement full-funnel campaign strategies, from ideation to execution to measurement.
  • Partner with the Content Manager to align messaging across email, landing pages, social, etc.
  • Own campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring flawless execution and follow-through.
Go-to-Market Activities
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to plan and launch new product features and initiatives.
  • Design GTM strategies that support both acquisition and product adoption.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market events, including webinars, trade shows, and events.
Social Media and Engagement
  • Support content and execution for the company’s LinkedIn presence and related owned channels.
  • Support thought leadership and campaign initiatives on social media
  • Promote internal participation in corporate social channels and thought-leadership opportunities.
Analytics and Optimization
  • Analyze user adoption and retention patterns to understand how users engage with our product across different segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Translate product performance data into actionable marketing strategies, such as onboarding flows, feature education campaigns, and re-engagement sequences.
  • Conduct regular reporting on performance, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Run A/B tests across channels and assets to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and demand gen campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Hubspot preferred.
  • Excellent execution skills—you get things done quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and drawing insights from data.
  • Familiarity with GTM strategy, content collaboration, and cross-functional product marketing efforts.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a startup or small-team environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge or passion for video advertising, creative tools, or ad tech.
