About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Behaviors Leader (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) in National Branch Growth & Enablement as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. The Branch Behaviors Leader will be responsible for defining the experiential design, overall approach, and framework to enable banker and teller success through customer-focused behaviors, user-friendly tools, business practices, employee standards and expectations to successfully support critical business growth initiatives and strategic priorities. This leader will partner and work closely with senior leaders across Field Leadership, Branch Customer Experience, Affluent Banking, Small Business Banking, Field Engagement, Branch Learning & Development, and Banker platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop business processes and tools to enable banker and teller success.
  • Understand and represent the voice of our bankers and tellers to various partners both within and outside of Branch Banking
  • Develop and maintain banker and teller resources that outline and describe the desired expectations and behaviors.
  • Identify any internal processes that produce a less than favorable employee or customer experience and determine opportunities for improvement
  • Create tools, workshops, processes (leveraging field feedback) and provide input into key behaviors and routines
  • Collaborate with cross enterprise partners in training and readiness to build any needed curriculum to improve knowledge and skills of bankers and tellers to enable a great customer experience and growth of our business
  • Leverage data and reporting to draw insights into effectiveness of current strategies and tools


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of strategy, project management, field support, training development, or communications experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of branch banking
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
  • Experience with change management
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to navigate and provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Experience recruiting, motivating, and coaching
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
