About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant – Execution and Delivery Governance within Consumer Technology. In this role, you will drive execution and delivery governance efforts and establish the structures, standards, and practices that support delivery across the organization. You will work closely with product and technology partners to define governance expectations, develop frameworks and roadmaps that guide how work is delivered, and ensure teams operate with clarity and consistency. This position requires strong program and project management expertise, deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, and the ability to assess complex situations to determine the processes and controls needed for scalable and effective delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to delivery governance efforts by developing standards, best practices, and frameworks that support scalable execution
  • Partner with product and technology peers to align on governance expectations and ensure consistent execution practices
  • Assess delivery processes, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend governance improvements
  • Build roadmaps, operating models, and frameworks that provide structure for how work is prioritized and executed
  • Integrate Agile principles into delivery processes and help teams apply the appropriate framework for their work
  • Collaborate with multiple peer groups across the organization to support adoption of execution standards and practices
  • Evaluate complex situations and determine what processes, controls, or frameworks are needed to support effective delivery
  • Apply project and program management expertise to support large‑scale initiatives and cross‑functional execution
  • Leverage experience in banking or regulated technology environments to support governance needs
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • 5+ years of project management, program management, or delivery‑focused experience
  • 5+ years of experience evaluating delivery processes and identifying governance needs or improvements
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
  • 3+ years of experience working in technology organizations, technology delivery, or technology‑aligned business functions


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience designing or maturing delivery governance models in large enterprise environments
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners to support delivery and process improvements
  • Ability to translate complex delivery concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience applying Agile delivery practices in regulated or risk‑managed industries
  • Strong analytical and decision‑support skills
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and define future‑state frameworks
  • Industry experience in financial services, consumer banking, or Consumer Technology

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
