About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead and advance the Deposit Account Opening experience. In this role, you will own key deposit controls, collaborate closely with risk partners and cross‑functional teams, and ensure processes operate with excellence and in alignment with regulatory requirements. You will influence strategic decisions, deliver innovative solutions, and drive initiatives that shape the end‑to‑end deposit account opening journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and contribute to business initiatives for deposit products, services, and related business processes

  • Resolve moderately complex issues, remove roadblocks, and guide teams to successful project execution

  • Ensure all processes and program deliverables meet compliance, privacy, and regulatory obligations

  • Partner closely with managers, analysts, and project teams to align on goals and drive effective execution

  • Lead cross‑functional projects and support team development

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management, process management, or operational roles within financial services

  • Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience applying data‑driven insights and navigating ambiguity

  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership

  • Demonstrated success building strong partnerships and collaborating across matrixed organizations

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective at prioritizing in fast‑paced environments

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations

  • Experience developing executive‑level presentations, metrics, and reporting

  • Track record of achieving results through cross‑functional collaboration and leadership

    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

    $87,000.00 - $154,000.00
