What does it take to rethink how an organization works in the age of AI?

At Xellia, we believe digital transformation requires more than new technologies. It requires people who can translate emerging digital and AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve how the business works.

We are therefore looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to help shape and drive our digital and AI transformation across the organization. This newly created role in Copenhagen offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact challenges to identify where digital technologies and AI can create the greatest value and leading the initiatives that turn those opportunities into reality.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Monitoring & Pricing, you will play a central role in advancing Xellia’s digital transformation - challenging existing ways of working and driving initiatives that improve processes and deliver measurable business value.

The role requires someone who is equally comfortable setting direction with senior stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to drive implementation.

“At Xellia, digital transformation is not about automating the status quo – it is about challenging it. We are looking for someone with the vision to reimagine how we work and the conviction to make processes radically simpler, not just digitally enabled.” says Mathias Sturm, Senior Director Business Monitoring & Pricing
