We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to strengthen how our Procurement function operates and performs. In this role, you will help drive value creation, improve ways of working, and ensure clear follow-through across key priorities.

You will be based at our office in the heart of Christianshavn, Copenhagen, working in one of the city’s most charming and vibrant surroundings.
Your role and impact
You will succeed in this role by combining structure, commercial mindset, and the confidence to challenge established ways of working. Success depends on your ability to engage stakeholders, create accountability, and turn initiatives into measurable outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
Procurement Excellence & Governance
- Establish and embed best-in-class category management ways of working, ensuring consistency and scalability across Procurement
- Define and continuously improve sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and contracting standards in close collaboration with Legal
- Own procurement policies and governance frameworks, ensuring clear standards, transparency, and strong follow-through
Value Delivery & Performance Management
- Own the savings pipeline, ensuring clear tracking, validation, and benefit realization
- Drive payment terms improvements aligned with Net Working Capital objectives, while improving performance visibility and accountability across categories
- Secure accurate stakeholder inputs, timelines, and commitments across key initiatives
Sustainable Procurement
- Lead and further develop the sustainable procurement agenda, embedding ESG principles into sourcing, supplier management, and category strategies
- Work across functions to integrate sustainability into supplier selection and turn ambitions into measurable actions
Operational Excellence & Processes
- Own and improve end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, scalability, and strong day-to-day execution
- Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and digital tool adoption across procurement processes
- Ensure processes are documented, auditable, and continuously improved through a data-driven approach
Across all areas, you will work closely with stakeholders across Procurement and key business functions to create alignment, ownership, and execution. You will also lead key initiatives with clear structure and active management of milestones, risks, and dependencies.
What you bring
You bring a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to create progress in complex environments. You know how to balance structure with action and take ownership of outcomes.
You likely bring:
- 5+ years of experience within procurement, procurement excellence, performance Management, or from a consulting background working on procurement-related projects
- Strong category management experience and understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes
- Proven track record of leading projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with savings governance, value realization, and performance management frameworks
- Exposure to Sustainable Procurement / ESG initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, matrix organizations
