As a Procurement Excellence Manager you will help drive value creation, improve ways of working, and ensure clear follow-through across key priorities.
Main Responsibilities
Procurement Excellence & Governance
• Establish and embed best-in-class Category Management ways of working, ensuring consistency and scalability across Procurement
• Define, implement, and continuously improve sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management standards
• Act as a structured driver of governance, ensuring transparency and discipline across all procurement activities
Value Delivery & Performance Management
• Own and govern the savings pipeline, ensuring robust tracking, validation, and benefit realization
• Proactively and persistently engage stakeholders to secure accurate data, timelines, and commitments
• Apply a project management approach to all key initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
Sustainable Procurement
• Lead and further develop the Sustainable Procurement agenda, embedding ESG principles into sourcing and supplier management
• Ensure sustainability is integrated into category strategies and supplier selection criteria
Operational Excellence & Processes
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process design, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
• Define and maintain buying channel strategies and digital tool adoption
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence
• Act as a persuasive and credible partner to stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal
• Gently but consistently challenge and follow up to ensure timely delivery of inputs and adherence to standards
Strategic Development
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and value creation
• Contribute to the long-term maturity of Procurement, including capability building and operating model evolution
• Bring structured thinking combined with “out-of-the-box” problem solving to improve processes and outcomes

What We Expect
• MSc in Business, Economics, or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, or Performance Management
• Strong Category Management experience and understanding of end-to-end S2P processes
• Proven track record in project management and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Exposure to Sustainable Procurement / ESG initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, matrix organizations
