Overview
Zylo is looking for an exceptional and passionate Customer Marketing Lead to develop and execute our overall customer marketing strategies to support adoption, loyalty, advocacy, and expansion with our rapidly growing client base. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Customer Marketing Lead will play a large part in leading client adoption, advocacy, and retention efforts. The right candidate can build strategic relationships with executives and practitioners and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
What you will do
- Partner with the Zylo Content Marketing team to drive client inclusions in blogs, videos, conferences, eBooks, PR, user conferences, and more.
- Develop and execute a client communication strategy: newsletters, emails, and in-app messaging.
- Source, develop, and showcase client stories that highlight product value and promote internally to ensure all employees are aware and up to speed.
- Support product launches that leverage our community for early adoption and feedback.
- Collaborate with product management to develop product and feature adoption strategies, tactics, and KPIs.
- Partner with the revenue marketing team to develop expansion campaigns that generate incremental revenue and educate our clients on new products and capabilities.
- Measure and drive program effectiveness with clear KPIs to track performance, determine business impact and ROI.
- Effectively identify, recruit, track, and enable client advocates and peer reviewers in a way that elevates their story and builds SaaS superheroes for Zylo.
- Own Customer Advisory Board and create structured feedback loops programs like webinars and peer-to-peer roundtables.
What you need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years focused on customer marketing
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
- Well organized, self-driven and committed to detail and excellence with experience driving internal processes
- Proven track record in building clear ROI for customer marketing and growth strategies
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense (or other ABM tech), AppCues (or other in-app messaging technology), Webinar technology
- Deep interest in and growing understanding of how to use AI tools to accelerate marketing initiatives
Nice to have
- Experience with tracking and measuring user engagement and adoption
- Experience using customer segmentation to tailor marketing efforts
