What’s special about this job:
In this role, you will help to design, develop, implement, and guide our strategies, processes, and approach to managing our Global Product Portfolio, Pricing strategy & Promotions strategy. You will partner directly with Global stakeholders as well as cross-functional business partners to learn, align, design, co-create, and provide value through: implementing best practices, designing strategies, process improvements, providing insights & guidance, and developing actionable goals, KPIs, and measures. This unique role provides extensive exposure to all our products, categories, business lines, functions & geographies.
How you would contribute to the role:
Actively contribute to our Portfolio Management team through partnering with teammates, global counterparts, and cross-functional business partners across Brand Management, R&D, Analytics, Finance, and others to design, develop, and deliver meaningful improvements to critical Global Marketing strategies. These strategies are vital to Enterprise, Market, and Brand goals as these help to guide behaviors, processes, KPI’s, and targets in support of a broad, innovative, and efficient product Portfolio and overall Enterprise Financial goals.
Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:
- Portfolio Management – Ensuring we have a balanced, efficient Portfolio of products that supports the needs of our markets, distributors & customers
- Pricing Strategy – Align with Brands, Markets, Finance & Sales on the strategy, best practices and governance we follow globally
- Promotion Strategy – Partner with critical stakeholders across markets & functions to design, develop & implement a Promotional framework that achieves targeted business outcomes. Including the development & support of Standing Order Programs (SOP) designed to grow sales & repeat purchases
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of business experience in functional areas such as Brand Management, Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics
- Experience independently managing highly complex & interconnected projects, programs or processes
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with strong change management & communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
Skills to be successful in the role:
- Strategic mindset and strong Business Acumen
- Strong analytical background is recommended – Ability to partner with Data & Analytical teams to gather, interpret and develop data-driven strategies & insights
- Ability to merge qualitative & quantitative information, extract meaningful insights and tell that story to all levels of leadership
- Talent to work on projects with ambiguity, building a vision and seeking outcomes for impact
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and clients from globally diverse cultural backgrounds
